Wilmslow East Canvassing.

Good News 🎉

Following my canvassing session last week on Leaside Way, numerous residents were concerned about the state of the surrounding areas with overgrown grass & weeds.

I was in touch with Cheshire east council immediately and raised a complaint.

I can now confirm the following-

1) A team will be sent to cut the grass and surrounding areas and this should be completed by the end of next week.

2) The big hedges near the play area and the path have been added onto the winter schedule and is due to be completed in October.

I will visit Leaside Way at the end of next week to ensure the works have been completed to a satisfactory level.

We will be working to ensure that we hold the new council accountable.
